Laggy. There are cool concepts like quest givers will physically point to which way to go. While traveling down a road I was ambushed by a Spy using a Bow, he was hiding behind a bush actually crouched down behind it. Combat was too laggy so I really cant review it. Classes are pretty much standard just named different you have Buffers, Healers, Damage dealers, Damage takers and De-Buffers. I tried Captain which is a Buffer like character with Shouts and War-cries to buff group members, and they have pretty good damage potential. There is alot more to the game but like I said it was too laggy so I got frustrated and shut it down. I will try the game out more, maybe on off peak hours. I do see alot of potential for the new things they are trying to do and well it is LOTR so the content is there. I have read about alot of the things in the game that seem awesome and fun on paper I just haven't gotten to that point yet. The graphics do seem very very nice, and game play is smooth the 2 seconds you don't lag. It is not cartoon like in anyway like WOW the characters look realistic and weapons look authentic from the wood on the bow to the rust on a noob blade. The environment is very pretty and it does take you in, which gives good promise for finding locations depicted in the trilogy. So I do have faith in this MMO.
